Runway Baker, LLC is an artisanal food brand, based out of Long Island New York. Founded by mother and daughter team Pat and Èfè, Nigerian American food aficionados with love for flavorful, tasty, natural, and healthy food. 
Our company is located in Long Island New York. All our products are made with all natural Non-Gmo ingredients.

Our Mission is to bring you your favorite foods and snacks with a twist that you never imagined, by handcrafting them with unexpected Premium Natural Non-Gmo modified ingredients. We refined various types of popular foods and snacks, using a mix of herbs and spices from around the world, that have never been explored in the past, fusing them into familiar shapes and mixes, thereby introducing the western culture to these unique Richness in Tastes. Our products are Flavorful, Tasty, and most important, Healthy.

How it’s Made

We manufacture and produce our products here in Long Island ourselves, no mass production but handmade from scratch and made fresh for each market or wholesale order.
